A vacationing couple from Oceanside California dialed 911 to report the theft of a snowman from outside their vacation cabin, has been branded "completely insane” by the Police.

Turned out that the snowman moved along to wish everyone a happy fun filled holiday of pawn shopping. Like the Yukon Jack, the snowman also likes gold and the holiday spirit.

This weekend I had a day off, and decided to go shopping around Oceanside for a pawn shop. I was looking for a new beach cruiser to ride around the coast, to find the best pawnshop in town. After reading YELP Oceanside I noticed Gems N' Loans was very near to where I live. Once I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile and assisted with my shopping needs. After finding the bike I was looking for, I offered to trade some gold coins and was given top dollar for them leaving me with some cash at the end.
